Priyanka left behind, Ram Charan flies high in Bollywood!

Ram Charan Teja, the son of southern superstar Chiranjeevi is debuting in Bollywood with the remake of “Zanjeer”. And Priyanka Chopra is going to star opposite him. These days its money which talks, and thus actors and actresses in order to estimate their worth in the film, quote an extravagant fees, and in this way, the highest paid worker in the film becomes the lead. Similar things happened this time between Piggy Chops and Ram Charan.
Since Ram Charan is a newbie in the industry, PC thought it was the right time to quote a high price, more than Ram Charan, to be the main person of the film. She quoted 9 crore for the film, and rumors were on, that this is going to be such a rare film where the heroine is getting paid more than the actor. But she has undoubtedly bitten off more than she actually can take.
Finally PC is getting 5.5 crore for the flick, while the hero Ram Charan gets ahead, and will be paid 12 crore. One close source has mentioned that such news is really ridiculous since Ram Charan gets 10 crore for his Tollywood projects, its obvious he will get more for the Hindi film. It seems PC’s PR is making up all such stories of high remunerations to beat Kareena’s price tag for “Heroine”.

Did Sonakshi cheat Shahid?

Its already a known story that Sonakshi declined the offer of Shahid to be in his film “Vettai”. Now Shahid is saying that, he was not thinking of working on “Vettai” presently, but somehow media have been making up such stories about his film. He is really surprised to hear about the scraps of news on the film and its casting which are circulated all over.
But now we have learnt the story that was behind the curtain. It happened so, Sona and Sasha were supposed to work together in Punit Malhotra’s flick. Sona also managed to make herself free on the dates required according to Shahid’s schedule. But at the eleventh hour, Sasha backed out of the film, and Sona was left stranded. Now when Sonakshi was asked to make herself free for Shahid’s film, she clearly declined the offer. She is presently working for Akki’s “Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Part 2”.
Sonakshi’s managed Mr Zahid Khan has confirmed the news that the duo were supposed to work together in a film, but it did not work out later. However Zahid has rubbished such reports of animosity. Punit Malhotra is working on his upcoming film, and is considering Imraan Khan for it.

Salman Khan and Vivek Oberoi at War Again?

Surprise! Surprise! Megastar Salman Khan may soon have competition regarding who is going to be the ‘tiger’ in Bollywood!
While Salman is shooting for Yash Raj Films’ Ek Tha Tiger and Sohail Khan is reportedly planning Sher Khan with his brother, the actor’s old-time ‘frenemy’ Vivek Oberoi, is said to have gone ahead and signed on a film called Sher this week, to be directed by Soham Shah. Whether Vivek will play the title role in it or not is yet to be ascertained.
But Vivek who is already on a high with five films namely Krrish 3, Kismat Love Paisa Dilli, Zilla Ghaziabad, Jayanta Bhai and a Masti sequel under his belt, is reported to begin shooting for Sher this month itself. Which means; it’s even likely that he could beat Salman to the release of Ek Tha Tiger and of course, Sher Khan! Whoa!
When we asked Bollywood PR guru Dale Bhagwagar about these ‘star wars’ likely to turn into ‘Sher wars’ in the media, he brushed it off saying, “What difference does it make? Indian media has seen a paradigm shift in the last five years. Media is a business now and all so-called ‘wars’ are just part of good selling.”
On being probed further, the publicist remarked, “Why single out Salman Khan or Vivek Oberoi? Bollywood is a very big and extended family. There is space for everyone. Yahan sab sher hai!”
