Rehaman performs at oscars again

He has done it again, A.R.Rehman is been nominated once again in Oscan for second successive year of Danny Boyle’s biopic ’127 Hours’ of his composition,
Because of this ‘If I Rise’ Danny Boyle film which has been nominated for the prestigious world soundtrack Awards, In the category ‘Best Original Song Written Directly For A Film’.
This award ceremony is held every year in Ghent, Belgium. this year the award will be handed over on 22nd October.
WSA (World Soundtrack Awards) is the award function introduced in 2001, which is aimed at organizing and overseeing the educational, cultural and professional aspects of the art of film music, including the preservation of the history of the soundtrack and its worldwide promotion.

This award function has three main categories: 1- Soundtrack Composer of the Year, 2- Best Original Score of the Year and 3- Best Original Song written directly for a film.
Rehman will bring the award home or not, but we would surly love to wish him the best of luck.
